It's a pity that not all these reference use the Player's Option CP
and rating costs. The index is, most unfortunately, useless to anyone
who is using them.
Ah, it's not really that difficult. Most skills cost 3 cp, and have
a base of around 7, IIRC. If the original score was, say, Dex +2 with
a cost of 1 NWP, make the S&P version use Dex as the relevant score,
give it a cost of 3 (average), and a base of 9 (7+2).
