In my game I use several combat modifications first and foremost I use what I call the fast round time line which goes like this. Combat is a continuous flow starting at time 0 and going till there is no more combat. Combat is run in segments I use 6 second segments so 10 segments is equal to 1 minute. 1 minute is a melee round which is a non existent time for me in combat everything goes off of segments.
