An "Easter Egg" is a term used to describe a hidden or rare joke in a game. Easter eggs are pointless but usually hilarious little jokes put into a game by the programmers just for fun and to see if players can notice them. For some eggs, you have to be in the right place at the right time to see them, and others can just occur when you're talking to characters or looking around at stuff etc. Stumbling across an Egg is usually based on luck..Some eggs occur frequently while others hardly ever happen at all. Encountering all of the Easter eggs in a game IS NOT essential to finish the game. As a matter of fact, most players never find the majority of them anyway.
An Easter egg could be almost any kind of joke! They can vary from cheap plugs for other games to the appearance of famous people in the game!!

To find an easter egg just spend hours wandering aimlessly around the forrest\savanah\desert\streets etc. asking yourself "Do I feel lucky?" Then cross your fingers and hope that you will see something weird. ..
