First appearance: Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon R Episode 063 Description: An elemental attack of Sailor Mars' involving fire in which she traces the outline of a large, blazing ring in the air with the index finger of her left hand while turning in a full circle, subsequently spreading her arms to the side, thereby causing the flames to come together and form balls of fire that begin rotating around her body in a counterclockwise direction. The fireballs then coalesce in the palms of her outstretched hands and are ejected as a series of flaming rings in a roughly triangular pattern at her intended target. Tactical application: Offensive. Sailor Mars' "Burning Mandala" serves as a source of fire-based magical projectiles.
