Cameran ()

History: Cameran was a female Youma recruited by Nephrite to help him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia. To this end, he planted her inside of a camera belonging to a young prize-winning photographer - Kijin Shibakawa - by marking it with his evil crest, thereby hastening the boy's approach towards his maximum energy potential. This plan failed, however, when Kijin - driven somewhat insane by her influence - attacked Sailor Moon by firing bursts of white energy at her from his camera and she was forced to defend herself by using her "Sailor Moon Kick" to knock the weapon out of his hands and into a nearby swimming pool. This action caused Cameran to emerge from her hiding place and resume the attack on the Sailor Soldier in his stead.
                Having managed to cause Luna, Kijin Shibakawa, Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury to vanish without a trace by striking them with an energy blast from the eye in her right palm, Cameran was about to do the same to Sailor Moon, but the latter, in one of her rare moments of brilliance, tricked the monster into firing at a mirror and zapping herself with her own weapon. Left weakened and powerless as a result, Cameran was subsequently destroyed by Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Action".

Abilities: Aside from being able to emerge from the object inside of which she had been planted and draining human beings of their energy, Cameran could cause a giant eyeball to appear in the palm of her right hand which was capable of firing bursts of white energy. Upon striking a living target, the blast would cause it to vanish in a flash of light, leaving behind only a two-dimensional photograph of that target, which the Youma "developed" by making a fist with her right hand, causing the picture to emerge from between her fingers. (This process was later reversed upon her destruction.) When used on an inanimate object, it functioned more like a conventional energy beam weapon, blowing the intended target apart. The energy burst had a rather devastating effect on Cameran when she inadvertantly used it on herself, both destroying the eyeball from which it had been fired and causing the monster's skin to partially liquify, giving it the appearance of melted wax.
