Castor ()

History: Castor was the fiery half of a female Youma duo who bore such a striking resemblance to her close friend and partner Pollux that the two could easily have been mistaken for twins. Allegedly the strongest monsters at Nephrite's command - ones whose powers were said to eclipse those of the Sailor Soldiers - they were recruited by him for the dual purpose of helping him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia and to serve as the means by which he would finally eliminate his hated adversaries once and for all. To this end, he planted both Castor and Pollux inside of a pencil belonging to an aspiring animator - Hiromi Matsuno - by marking it with his evil crest, thereby hastening the young woman's approach towards her maximum energy potential. 
                Once Hiromi Matsuno had reached her productive peak, Castor and Pollux emerged from their hiding place inside of her animator's pencil and drained her of her energy. Almost immediately, they engaged the Sailor Soldiers in battle and may have actually ended up defeating them had the two Youmas not gotten into a disagreement over which one of them would have the honor of finishing their opponents off. Their argument grew so fierce that they actually forgot about the presence of their adversaries, giving the Sailor Soldiers enough time to mount a counterattack. Unfortunately for Castor and Pollux, they realized too late that they should have valued their friendship more and, because of their petty squabbling, ended up being destroyed by a three-way combination of Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Action", Sailor Mercury's "Shabon Spray" and Sailor Mars' "Fire Soul".

Abilities: Aside from being able to emerge from the object inside of which she had been planted and draining human beings of their energy, Castor's main attack was an elemental one involving fire in which she - standing with her legs spread evenly and her hands clasped together - emitted a swirling ball of flame from the tips of her joined index fingers directly at her target. It should be mentioned that this attack - in keeping with her mock Sailor Soldier costume - bore a suspicious resemblance to Sailor Mars' "Fire Soul". 
Paraphernalia: Castor was bound to her friend and partner Pollux by a yellow ribbon which joined them together by their tails. While certainly symbolic of their friendship, it is unknown whether or not this ribbon served any additional purpose.
