Derella () 

History: Derella was a female Youma recruited by Jadeite to help him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia. To this end, she attacked famous Japanese teen idol Mikan Shiratori while the young girl was taking a shower and encased her within an icy cocoon. Then, assuming her likeness, Derella - with a little help from Jadeite - organized a massive talent search known as Cinderella Caravan, thereby luring in dozens of hopefuls with promises of fame and fortune, as well as a chance at stardom. Little did any of numerous participants suspect that not only were they the victims of mass hypnosis but also that the entire event was merely an elaborate hoax staged for the sole purpose of draining them of their energy for the benefit of the Dark Kingdom.     
                Inviting all the finalists to come together and stage a massive show at Sunshine Plaza one Sunday, Derella - still in her human guise - managed to hypnotize them into thinking that an audience was present, and, once the performance had started, drained them of so much of their energy that they all literally collapsed on stage. Revealing her monstrous true form after being confronted by Sailor Moon, the Youma froze her adversary solid and may have ended up killing her had it not been for the timely intervention of Tuxedo Mask, who freed the Sailor Soldier from her prison of ice. Outraged at the interruption, Derella attempted to go after him instead, but ended up being destroyed after being struck in the back by Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Action" while attempting to do so.

Abilities: Aside from possessing the power of flight and the ability to assume human form, Derella could emit long, tapering streams of what appears to have been ice from her mouth, exposure to which could either maintain individuals in a state of suspended animation indefinitely - as was the case with Mikan Shiratori, who remained incapacitated in this manner for the better part of a week without suffering any apparent ill effects - or encase them within a layer of solid ice, rendering them immobile and, more likely than not, eventually resulting in a grisly death by freezing.
Paraphernalia: Derella employed a variety of mind-controlling equipment, such as a speaker capable of emitting subliminal sound waves that she used to hypnotize an entire crowd of people into taking part in Cinderella Caravan, as well as a disco globe which could generate illusions in the minds of these mesmerized individuals. She also made use of a stamp in the form of a giant novelty hammer to mark the hands of her victims in order to facilitate the drainage of their energy, a feat accomplished with the help of a flat circular device disguised as a miniature microphone which she wore pinned to her orange dress.
