History: Dogba was a female Droid summoned by Esmeraude to aid her in her attempt to corrupt the Animal Kingdom - a combination petting zoo and animal sanctuary located on one of the Negative Points that could be used in order to open the Dark Gate - with Dark Power. To this end, Dogba assumed the form of the local veterinarian - the latter of whom, together with the caretaker, had been rendered unconscious by Esmeraude - and took complete mental and physical control of the vast number of creatures present. At first amusing visitors by having the animals perform a variety of complex and impressive tricks, things quickly took a sinister turn when Dogba used her powers to make them attack the unfortunate onlookers - an assault she soon joined in herself after revealing her true form - thereby contributing to the corruption of the Negative Point with Dark Power and the growth of the Dark Hinge that had been place in that location in as yet unexplained fashion.
When Artemis attempted to prove his worth to his friends by trying to stop Dogba all by himself, she and the creatures under her control effortlessly dealt with both him and Luna after the latter attempted to rescue and might well have ended up seriously injuring or even killing them both had it not been for the timely arrival of Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus. The two would-be rescuers were themselves subsequently saved by the other Sailor Soldiers, who, while they managed to safely neutralize the Droid's animal army through a creative combination of their powers without harming any of its members, were nevertheless caught off guard and temporarily incapacitated after Sailor Moon began prematurely celebrating their victory. In the end, Dogba was distracted after being being attacked by Artemis long enough for Sailor Moon to free herself and destroy the Droid with her "Moon Princess Halation".

Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Brown (human form); green (Droid form; no visible irises or pupils)
Hair: Brown (human form); white (Droid form)
Skin: Red (Droid form)

Abilities: Aside from being able to assume human form and to appear out of nowhere when summoned by Esmeraude, Dogba could assume complete mental and physical control over any animals in her proximity - including squirrels, dogs, cats, ducks, sheep, and even monkeys - and direct them to act in any manner she chose, either individually or as a group. While the number and size of the creatures that she could manipulate at once remains unknown, her powers were apparently ineffective against highly intelligent and sentient animals - such as Luna and Artemis - and her control over them could be compromised by loud, high-pitched noises such as the sound of Esmeraude laughing, for example. :)
Paraphernalia: Dogba possessed a red energy whip capable of electrocuting whoever it touched into unconsciousness, a weapon which she wielded with expert proficiency. The armlets she wore on her upper left arm, when thrown, would assume the form of golden energy rings that would then solidify around the necks of her adversaries to form metal collars complete with chains in order to bind and restrict their movements.
