First appearance: Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Episode 002 A fortune-telling parlor located in the Azabu Juuban district of Minato-ku in the city of Tokyo, Japan that served as a front for one of Jadeite's energy gathering operations for the Dark Kingdom. Having assumed human form as a soothsayer who specialized in reading tarot cards, one of his Youma, Palm, hypnotized her young teenage customers by looking then in the eye and then proceeded to plant a special variant of the card known as "The Devil" on their person which caused them to lose all their scruples and inhibitions and run amok. Not only would they generate enormous amounts of what Jadeite referred to as "the energy of rebellious youth" as a result - which the monster could then harness with the help of a special master card in her possession - but they would also eventually be reduced to mindless human zombies under her complete control. This plan was eventually foiled through the combined efforts of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, thereby restoring the fortune-telling parlor's customers to normal. Given the sinister intentions with which it had been originally created and maintained, it remains uncertain exactly what happened to the Fortune-Telling House following Palm's destruction.
