History: Fuuraiki was a female Droid who was summoned by Petz and - as per Rubeus' latest plan - assigned with the task of generating a fierce thunderstorm over the city of Tokyo, Japan  in the hopes of scaring Chibi Usa, who was afraid of thunder and lightning, into releasing one of her massive energy discharges, thereby enabling Rubeus and the Ayakashi Sisters to locate and eliminate her. Eventually, Fuuraiki's efforts bore fruit - though Chibi Usa's frustration at her inability to return to her native time period also played a significant role in said success - and the Droid quickly tracked her down and attempted to eradicate her, attacking both the Sailor Soldiers, who just happened to be present in their civilian identities, as well as Sailor Moon when she attempted to intervene. In the end, Tuxedo Mask prevented Fuuraiki from electrocuting her adversary to death by destroying and subsequently distracted her by throwing roses at her long enough for Sailor Moon to destroy the Droid with her "Moon Princess Halation".

Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Black
Hair: White
Skin: Light gray

Abilities: Aside from the power of flight and the ability to appear out of nowhere when summoned by Petz, Fuuraiki could generate fierce thunderstorms through a combination of her own inherant abilities as well as the aid of various parephernalia in her possession.
Paraphernalia: Fuuraiki carried a large drum that upon being struck with a pair of special drumsticks in her possession - which just happened to resemble two oppositely charged electrodes - would charge up with electricity that could subsequently be released as a massive bolt of lightning. The inherant strength of the discharge was proportional to the amount of electricity stored within the drum at the time of release - i.e. the amount of times the drum was beaten - and was capable of doing anything from delivering a nasty (though non-fatal) electrical shock to a human being to destroying solid objects outright. Fuuraiki also employed a device resembling a hairdryer in order to generate the high velocity winds which complemented her thunderstorms.
