History: Hurdler was a female Daimon specially
created by Professor Tomoe for Eudial after she, as per his suggestion,
located an athlete with a pure heart: a renowned young sprinter and hurdler
by the name of Elza Gray. The product of the fusion of a hurdle with a
Daimon Egg, her purpose, like that of all of Eudial's Daimons, was not
to extract Heart Crystals from human beings, but rather to serve as a bodyguard
and living weapon for her own personal use.
Summoned to battle the Inner Soldiers after Eudial extracted Elza Gray's
Heart Crystal, Hurdler managed to successfully jump over Sailor Venus's
"Venus Love Me Chain" and tie her and the other Sailor Soldiers
up using one one of her attacks, though they were quickly freed from their
confinement by Sailor Neptune. While she managed to outdistance Sailor
Mars' "Burning Mandala" during the battle which ensued, Sailor
Uranus managed to catch up to the sprinting monster and restrain her long
enough for Sailor Neptune to stun Hurdler with a "Deep Submerge",
giving Sailor Moon the opening she needed to destroy the Daimon with her
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack".
Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Blue (no visible irises or pupils)
Hair: Purple

.
Abilities: A Daimon in excellent
physical shape, Hurdler was a gifted sprinter, and, as her name implies,
hurdler, a fact which allowed her to outrun, leap over (as in her "Hurdle Kick" attack), or otherwise dodge
the Sailor Soldiers' various projectile attacks with remarkable ease. It
is important to note, however, that Hurdler's abilities, while impressive,
were not superhuman, as Sailor Uranus was able to keep pace with the monster
and even restrain her without overt difficulty.
Paraphernalia: Hurdler possessed
a weapon resembling a chalk wagon - a device normally used to mark boundaries
on fields for various athletic events - which, when used during her "Hurdle Line" attack, could release a long, tapering
stream of "chalk" that would surround her adversaries, then come
together and solidify to form a ropelike mass capable of tying up her opponents,
thereby incapacitating them.
