Iguara ()

History: Iguara was a female Youma recruited by Jadeite to help him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia. To this end, Iguara assumed human form and opened a pet shop, Pet Shop Perfume, where she began telling chanelas: furry, rabbitlike creatures that would hypnotize unsuspecting customers into taking them home. Once under the animal's spell, these individuals would begin spending an inordinate amount of time with their new pets, becoming increasingly distant and indifferent as the little creatures quietly drained them of their energy. The animals' mesmeric effect on human beings proved to be so powerful that the entire Juubangai district soon found itself in the midst of a virtual "chanela craze". 
                Summoning all of her victims to Pet Shop Perfume one evening, Iguara was about to send them on a mission to spread the chanelas throughout the city of Tokyo, Japan - and quite possibly beyond - when she was interrupted by the timely appearance of Sailor Moon. Sending her army of would-be pet owners - now reduced to a horde of reptilian monsters like herself as a result of the chanelas' influence - after her adversary, the Youma finally went after the Sailor Soldier herself after the latter succeeded in restoring their humanity with her "Moon Tiara Stardust". Iguara managed to capture her opponent with her prehensile tail, intending to crush her to death, but ended up being destroyed after Luna had Sailor Moon aim her "Moon Tiara Action" at the Youma's weak spot near the base of her tail.

Abilities: Aside from being able to assume human form and commanding the lizardlike monsters her chanelas had helped to create out of their human victims, Iguara possessed a prehensile tail with which she could grasp objects and even people within an almost vicelike grip. Her one apparent weak spot was a glowing patch of scales near the base of her tail.
Paraphernalia: Iguara employed a series of small, furry, rabbitlike creatures known as chanelas for the purpose of both gathering energy from and creating obedient reptilian monsters out of her victims.
