Kigaan ()

History: Kigaan was a female Youma recruited by Jadeite to help him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia. To this end, Jadeite posed as a caretaker at the Hikawa Shrine, selling his own sinister brand of good luck charms to young lovestruck female students, which, when activated by him, would cause their owners to fall into a kind of waking trance. These girls would then board the six o'clock bus leaving the Hikawa Shrine, and Kigaan - having assumed human form in order to masquerade as a bus driver - would then spirit them away through a dimensional vortex, bus and all, and, upon emerging on the other side, would drain the unconscious passengers of their energy. 
                During the third such abduction attempt, Usagi - disguised as a stewardess - boarded the bus and confronted Kigaan in the otherdimensional realm as Sailor Moon, though the Sailor Soldier was hesitant to act, as the Youma has taken Rei Hino hostage after Jadeite had banished the young girl to the limbo they were now in when she uncovered his scheme and confronted him. Forced to release her after being attacked by Rei's pet crows Phobos and Deimos -  who had followed their master through the dimensional vortex that had brought her there - the monster was distracted by a variation of Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Action" long enough for Rei to complete her first-ever transformation into Sailor Mars. Kigaan managed to free herself and attempted to attack the two Sailor Soldiers, but was incinerated by Sailor Mars' "Fire Soul" while trying to do so.

Abilities: Aside from being able to assume human form, the ability to open the black dimensional vortex with which she spirited away busloads of female victims and the power to activate Jadeite's special charms in order to drain them of their energy, Kigaan demonstrated no remarkable powers, save for a superhuman leaping ability. She was, however, more agile and skilled than most other Youmas, having  managed to both avoid and even catch Sailor Moon's Moon Tiara in mid-air before it could destroy her.
Paraphernalia: Kigaan, in keeping with her human disguise, drove a bus, and took not only her victims, but the entire vehicle into the otherdimensional realm with her as well.
