History: Mizugeiko-chan was one of Tiger's Eye's female Lemures, whom he summoned forth from his shadow to battle Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon after he extracted Rei Hino's Dream Mirror. Ordered to "cool down" her adversaries, Mizugeiko-chan proceeded to demonstrate her water magic tricks to the Sailor Soldiers, who quickly discovered that what she was using wasn't water at all but actually a searing liquid that would burn whatever it came into contact with.
After backing both Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon up against a wall, Mizugeiko-chan proceeded to attack the two of them with her "A Rainbow Bridging The Valley" attack, though this was quickly brought to an end after the newly arrived Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus went after her using their "Shine Aqua Illusion" and "Venus Love Me Chain", respectively. Enraged after Sailor Jupiter destroyed her umbrella with her "Sparkling Wide Pressure", Mizugeiko-chan attempted to charge Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon, but ended up being destroyed by the former's "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" while doing so.

Abilities: Aside from being able to emerge from Hawk's Eye's shadow when summoned and possibly changing the patterns of her face makeup, Mizugeikp-chan possessed no known supernatural powers. She was, however, quite proficient at using her water magic to attack her adversaries.
Paraphernalia: Mizugeiko-chan possessed a pair of collapsable ornate fans that could fire a stream of searing transparent liquid resembling water either from the tips of its fins or from its handles. She also had a red and white umbrella which she used as a shield - albeit a rather flimsy one - and which she also used to fly around by sitting in it when it was turned upside down. Mizugeiko-chan also employed it during her "A Rainbow Bridging The Valley" attack, in which the streaming arc of clear liquid she emitted from the tip of her closed umbrella would first form a rainbow and subsequently cause a lot of little monsters - resembling bunched up tissue paper with hideous faces - to appear that would mercilessly pelt her adversaries.
