Nipasu ()

History: Nipasu was a female Droid who was summoned by Beruche and assigned with the task of corrupting the Soft Ice Cream Shop Bob Floy - an ice cream shop located on one of the Crystal Points of the future city of Crystal Tokyo - with Dark Power, to which end the automaton assumed human form, took over the establishment and began posing as a saleswoman there. Little did any of the customers suspect that the ice cream Nipasu was selling was designed to induce both negative emotions and feelings of thermophobia in whoever ate it, thereby driving them to purchase and consume more of it. Eventually - as a result of the cumulative effect of this vicious circle - these unfortunate individuals would end up being encased within solid blocks of ice and stored in the large cold room at the back of the establishment, thereby contributing to the corruption of the Crystal Point with Dark Power in an as yet unexplained fashion.
                Chastised by Beruche for her failure to dispose of the victims in the storeroom and veiledly threatened with destruction if she did not do so quickly, Nipasu set out to fulfill her mistress' wishes but was confronted by Minako Aino and Luna before she could do so, the latter two having come in search of Artemis, who had been discovered and frozen solid during an earlier reconnaissance mission to Soft Ice Cream Bob Floy. Revealing her true form, the Droid quickly incapacitated Luna but was confronted shortly thereafter by Minako in her Sailor Venus identity, as well as by Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter. Despite being outnumbered, Nipasu might well have succeeded in defeating the Sailor Soldiers all by herself had it not been for a last minute save by Sailor Mercury, who distracted the automaton with her "Shine Aqua Illusion" long enough for Sailor Moon to destroy her with her "Moon Princess Halation".

Abilities: Aside from being able to assume human form and possessing the power of flight, Nipasu could spew forth a virtual blizzard of snow and ice from her lips so intensely cold that it could freeze an individual solid within seconds and throw them into an indefinite state of suspended animation.
Paraphernalia: Nipasu made use of a special batch of ice cream - apparently concocted by Beruche most likely contaminated with Dark Power - that would evoke both negative feelings and thermophobic sensations in whoever ate it, eventually causing that individual to become frozen within a solid block of ice if they consumed too much of it.
