sorceress, member of the Witches 5, member of the Death Busters (as Ptilol)

Ptilol used a dual identity or that she was secretly a member of the Witches
5 and the Death Busters

criminal record, still a minor

school located in the Higashi Shinagawa district of Shinagawa-ku in the city of of Tokyo, Japan
First appearance: Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon S Episode 123
Final appearance: Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon S Episode 123
History: The past of the young woman known only
as Ptilol remains shrouded in mystery. No details have ever been revealed
about her private life, neither who she really is nor where she really
comes from, not even how she came to be associated with the evil organization
known as the Death Busters or what her motives were for joining them in
their sinister quest to purge the Earth of all life by summoning Master
Pharaoh 90 and triggering the apocalyptic cataclysm known as the Silence.
Even more mysterious is the exact nature of her relationship to Cyprine,
who is generally believed to have been her identical twin sister though the possibility has been raised that Ptilol may herself
merely be an aspect of Cyprine somehow able to physically
manifest herself as a completely separate and distinct entity; however, no evidence firmly supporting either one of these beliefs has ever come to
light. Part of a quintet of young female scientists and sorceresses collectively
known as the Witches 5 - a group in which she and Cyprine were counted as
a single member due to their being twins - the arrogant, overconfident,
yet still cautious Ptilol was presumably shown her way the laboratory and taught
how to perform her job by the group's senior member Eudial in much the
same way as her compatriots were. Exactly what manner of scientific research
she ultimately selected as her specialty - if any - remains uncertain,
though it is known that she and Cyprine apparently chose to focus their joint attention
on magic instead of science, eventually becoming accomplished sorceresses
in their own right and arguably the most powerful members of the group.
While it remains uncertain exactly how long Ptilol served under the employ
of the Death Busters and what her ultimate contribution to the group was,
she first assumed an active role in their endeavors following the untimely
deaths of the other four members of the Witches 5 when Cyprine told Professor
Tomoe that she was prepared to make her own attempt to procure the massive
quanitities of pure hearts required in order to sate Mistress 9's ever
growing hunger and bring about her awakening as the Messiah of Silence.
After Cyprine used her vast magical powers in order to deprive a large
number of Infinity Academy students of their Heart Crystals, capture the
Inner Soldiers when they came to investigate in their civilian identities,
and taunted them into attacking her once they transformed into their superpowered
alter egos, she and Ptilol used the massive amount of dust and debris thrown
up by Sailor Mars' missed "Burning Mandala" as cover and launched
a joint attack. After freeing Cyprine shortly after she had practically
allowed herself to be captured by Sailor Venus' "Venus Love Me Chain",
Ptilol and her decided to finally enlighten their confused adversaries
by revealing that there were, in fact, two of them. The twin witched then
proceeded to toy with their adversaries even further by using their combined
magical abilities in order to absorb and reflect both Sailor Jupiter's
"Sparkling Wide Pressure" and Sailor Mercury's "Shine Aqua
Illusion" right back at them before finally deciding to get serious
and eliminate the Sailor Soldiers once and for all.
Surrounded by the hazy mists of Sailor Mercury's "Shabon Spray",
the overconfident twins were kept distracted by a continuous barrage of
attacks from several of the Inner Soldiers long enough for Sailor Jupiter
to jump Cyprine from behind and tackle her to the ground before disappearing
into the fog once more. Despite Ptilol's frantic warning, the enraged Cyprine
ran off in pursuit of her assailant just as Ptilol herself did after she
was similarily ambushed by Sailor Mars mere seconds later, ignoring her
own good advice in the process perhaps because her twin's departure had
left her with no other recourse. Little did either one of them suspect
that they were being royally outmaneuvered by their adversaries, who were
leading them in a circle in order to position them in such a way that they
would be standing opposite of one another but would be completely unaware
of it due to the dense fog of the "Shabon Spray" blanketing the
entire area and clouding their vision. The sudden horrifying realization
of the nature of the Sailor Soldiers' ruse came too late to save either
Cyprine or Ptilol, who were consumed and killed by a tremendous explosion
of magical energy after they were tricked into firing their mystical attacks
at one another.
Height: Estimated at 5'4'' (163 cm), never accurately measured
Weight: Estimated at 118 lbs. (53 kg), never accurately weighed
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blue
Abilities: Aside from possessing the power of flight, Ptilol could
apparently create minor distortions in the local space-time continuum as
she and Cyprine did when they selected the otherdimensional battlefield
where the two of them fought the Sailor Soldiers together.
Paraphernalia: Ptilol's primary weapon was a staff intertwined with
a red star at one end capable of firing an elliptical red projectile of
magical energy and, when used in conjunction with a similar
staff in Cyprine's possession, could absorb and reflect any mystical attacks
directed against either one of them, though whether these powers were inherant
to the rod itself or it was merely serving as a conduit for her own inherant
abilities as a sorceress remains unknown.
