History: Ramua was a female Youma recruited by Jadeite to help him gather energy from human beings in order to revive Queen Metallia. To this end, Ramua assumed human form and opened a clock store, Clock Look, where she posed as saleswoman in order to sell special timepieces designed to accelerate the passage of time - either by disrupting one's intuitive sense of it or literally, it remains uncertain exactly which - for whoever owned them. This would have the effect of placing these individuals under extreme strain and pressure, with an increase in impatience resulting in a proportional increase in their output of energy, energy which would then be collected for the benefit of the Dark Kingdom and leave her human victims paralyzed. Her scheme worked remarkably well, throwing a good portion of Tokyo's population into a tizzied frenzy and reducing the city to a state of utter anarchy and chaos.
Upon having her true nature discovered by Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury, Ramua lured them into an otherdimensional temporal anomaly: a virtual labyrinth of space and time under her complete and utter control. There, she incapacitated the two Sailor Soldiers and might very well have succeeded in eliminating them had it not been for the timely intervention of Tuxedo Mask, who damaged the clock which served as the source of her powers with one of his roses. Ramua was subsequently destroyed by Sailor Moon's "Moon Tiara Action".

Height: Approximately 5'2'' (157 cm) in both human and Youma form
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Green (human form); black irises against yellow corneas (Youma form)
Hair: Brown (human form); purple (Youma form)
Skin: Chalk white (Youma form)

Abilities: Aside from the ability to assume human form, Ramua possessed the power to magically control and manipulate the passage of time, causing it to proceed backwards and forwards according to her will. She could even fire bursts of green energy from her left hand, which, upon striking her intended target, would erect a temporal stasis field around them, essentially freezing them in space and time and rendering them immobile. All of Ramua's powers appeared to be at least partially derived from the giant grandfather clock which lay at the center of the store she opened - which doubled as the entrance to the otherdimensional temporal anomaly in which she resided - and began to fail her once it was damaged.
Paraphernalia: Aside from the special clocks and timepieces she used to accelerate the passage of time for and gather energy from human beings, Ramua also used a pendulum-like spear as a weapon.
