[Mercury Ice Storm Blast] (original
series) First appearance: Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon R Episode 062 Description: An elemental attack of Sailor Mercury's involving water in which droplets originating from a small splash in a magical pool beneath her feet surround her body in the form of a swirling, aqueous helix. Ultimately coalescing in the vicinity of her hands, raised high above her head, she guides the mass of liquid in a circle with her left hand before finally thrusting out her arms to release it as a massive column of water at her intended target. Tactical application: Myriad. While the "Shine Aqua Illusion's" primary offensive use is as a water-based magical projectile, Sailor Mercury has employed it in a wide variety of other creative fashions, such as using it to freeze her adversaries within solid blocks of ice or to form a circular wall of ice around her opponents, thereby incapacitating them.
