History: Little has been revealed about the background of the good natured elderly gentleman known as Mr. Garayan, save that he is the world-renowned conductor of the New Tokyo Orchestra and took part in the "Fantastic International Music Festival" that was held at the Nerima Open Music Hall in Japan on the evening of June 8, 1996. During the course of the performance, his keen ear for music allowed him to sense the mysterious wave emanating from the music of the Three Lights - the message they secretly hoped would be heard by their missing Princess Kakyuu - though he, like most listeners, remained oblivious to its true significance. Following a painful yet still amusing run-in - quite literally - with Usagi Tsukino and Seiya Kou following the concert, Mr. Garayan was approached by Chuuko Nezu when he went to get some fresh air. Frustrated at her inability to produce a business card, the woman revealed herself to be Sailor Iron Mouse, attacked him, and extracted his Star Seed in the hopes of finally finding one of the true ones Sailor Galaxia sought, only to watch its light quickly diminish and finally burn out completely, resulting in Mr. Garayan's tranformation into the Phage known as Sailor Conductor.
In his monstrous new form, Sailor Conductor proceeded to attack the newly arrived Eternal Sailor Moon following Sailor Iron Mouse's departure, managing to pin her to a wall with a barrage of conductors' batons in the process, though his onslaught was brought to an end after Sailor Star Fighter blasted him with her "Star Serious Laser", thereby incapacitating him long enough for her fellow Sailor Star Lights to free Sailor Moon, who used the power of her "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss" to restore his human form. Following this strange series of events of which he apparently retains no memory, Mr. Garayan's life has presumably returned to a state of normalcy.

Abilities: Mr. Garayan is a talented and world-renowned conductor, but is known to have had any kind of unusual or supernatural powers. As Sailor Conductor, he could cause several conductor's batons to appear in his hands at once in a small surge of electricity that he would then proceed to throw at his adversaries with pinpoint accuracy in the form of a series of movements (first movement: piano, second movement: cello, third movement: violin, etc.) culminating in a final movement during which he would apparently deal his opponent a mortal blow.
Paraphernalia: Sailor Conductor used a series of conductor's batons as throwing weapons
