of the modest physician named Dr. Gia, save for the fact that he is a prominent
American doctor and a highly skilled surgeon who flew to Tokyo in order
to perform a difficult and complex operation on a young girl named Misa,
who suffered from a serious illness that Japanese doctors were unable to
treat. Upon his late arrival at the Juuban Secondary General due to being
caught in traffic, he was greeted by Sailor Aluminum Siren, who, masquerading
as a nurse, tricked Dr. Gia into following her into an alleyway where she
attacked him and extracted his Star Seed in the mistaken assumption that
he possessed one of the ones Sailor Galaxia was searching for. The light
of his exposed Star Seed quickly diminished and finally burnt out completely,
resulting in his transformation into the Phage known as Sailor Doctor.
