History: Todeen was a female Daimon produced from
the fusion of a Daimon Egg with a streetcar as part of Kaolinite's plan
to automatically check all the individuals who were using it as transportation
for the presence of pure hearts, a scheme which Yuuichirou Kumada was unfortunate
enough to fall victim to. Suddenly coming to life just as her victim was
about to board the very tram from which she had been created, Todeen succeeded
in extracting his Heart Crystal, but was quickly confronted by Sailor Mars,
who, having witnessed the ambush as Rei Hino, transformed into her alter
ego in order to confront his attacker. While the Daimon easily overpowered
her lone Sailor Soldiers adversary, she soon found herself face-to-face
with the rest of the Inner Soldiers, who not only rescued and freed their
teammate but managed to retrieve Yuuichirou's Heart Crystal as well.
Having restricted the movements of the Inner Soldiers using one of her
attacks, Todeen assumed a streetcar-like form and proceeded to plow right
through them, and, after harnessing the inherant power of Sailor Jupiter's
"Sparkling Wide Pressure" and projecting it right back at her
and the others, succeeded in incapacitating all her adversaries a second
time and attempted to run them down yet again, this time with the intent
of killing them all. Unfortunately for the Daimon, her plan was literally brought
to a screeching halt after she was frozen in her tracks by the "Akuryou
Taisan" attack of Sailor Mars, who subsequently fried her with her
"Burning Mandala" for good measure. Todeen was subsequently destroyed
by Sailor Moon's "Moon Spiral Heart Attack".
Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Yellow
Hair: Pink
Skin: Light green
Abilities: Aside
from the ability to fly, Todeen possessed a star-shaped mark on the underside
of her upper left arm capable of emitting a beam of black energy that would
cause a human being's Heart Crystal to emerge from his or her body after
being focused on that person's upper torso for a certain period of time.
She could also apparently absorb any excess electricity - such as that
of Sailor Jupiter's "Sparkling Wide Pressure" - that should happen
to come into contact with her and release it from her body through her
right hand, apparently without suffering from any ill effects, save perhaps
for a temporary increase in temperature as the current travelled through
her body.
Paraphernalia: Todeen wore a pair of
oversized shirt cuffs that could emit a large version of the ring and strap
- normally used by commuters to maintain their balance - in order to lasso
and restrict the movements of an opponent by pinning their arms to their
sides, after which she would swing them around and mercilessly smash them
against the ground or any other hard surfaces that happened to be nearby.
The cuffs could also emit long pliable metal rails electrified with green
energy that could either surround her targets and limit their movements
to the area bordered by them or be used to physically pin them to the
ground. She also wore accessories resembling metal tram wheels on her wrists
and ankles which could fuse with one another to form the genuine
article and that, following the emergeance of a trolley pole from her harness
and the appearance of a small rooflike covering over her head, allowed
her to assume the likeness of a living streetcar by standing on all fours.
In this form, she could move on rails at high speeds in the same fashion
as an actual tram could, an ability she employed to either plow through
her adversaries or run them over outright. In addition, Todeen carried a
conductor's whistle, the ultimate purpose of which remains unknown.
