History: Western was a female Daimon specially
created for Mimete by Professor Tomoe after she selected Yousaku Eda -
a handsome young actor whom she adored - as her target, allegedly for the
sole purpose of acquiring his pure heart for the benefit of the Death Busters.
The product of the fusion of a water gun shaped like a six-shooter with
a Daimon Egg, Western was the first of a new and powerful breed of Daimon
designed to suck a Heart Crystal right out of a human being's body, swallow
and retain it at the base of her throat, and subsequently return to Professor
Tomoe with the pure heart she had acquired so that it could be converted
into the energy required in order to feed and awaken the Messiah of Silence.
Summoned to attack Yousaku Eda on the set of his latest movie "Gunman
at Red Fuji" - a Western, appropriately enough - at Juuban Park when
the autograph-seeking Mimete learned that the young actor had not fallen
in love with her as she had come to believe, Western wreaked havoc by going
after not only her assigned target but also after three of his overzealous
fans who had tormented Mimete earlier by ruining a homemade cake she had
wanted to give to the young actor. While the Daimon's rampage was brought
to a temporary halt following the arrival of the Inner Soldiers, she quickly
dealt with both Sailor Moon's "Moon Spiral Heart Attack" and
Yousaku Eda's co-star and girlfriend Lily before extracting and ingesting
his Heart Crystal, a pure heart she failed to relinquish even after being
struck by both Sailor Uranus' "World Shaking" and Sailor Neptune's
"Deep Submerge" in short succession.
Outnumbered by the Sailor Soldiers, Mimete had Western capture Chibi Usa
- who had been hiding in a nearby bush with Hotaru Tomoe - in the hopes
of using her as bargaining chip in order that they might make their escape
unopposed, though this plan was foiled after the Daimon was struck by Sailor
Pluto's "Dead Scream" and her would-be hostage freed. Western
was subsequently destroyed by Super Sailor Moon's "Rainbow Moon Heart
Ache".
Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Eyes: Red (no visible irises or pupils)
Hair: Pink
Skin: Green
Abilities: By either kissing or pursing her lips
and inhaling while close to her victim, Western could generate enough of
a vacuum to literally suck a human being's Heart Crystal out of their body
through their mouth, thereby allowing her to swallow it whole and store
it at the bottom of her throat for an indefinite period of time in a manner
reminiscent of a cormorant catching fish. While possessing no other known
supernatural powers, she also demonstrated considerable skill in the use
of various Western paraphernalia, including six-shooters, horseshoes, and
lassoes.
Paraphernalia: Western's main weapon was a water gun in the shape
of a six-shooter that fired a stream of either red or blue liquid which,
while apparently harmless to human beings, was powerful enough to destroy
the red energy hearts released during Sailor Moon's "Moon Spiral Heart
Attack". She also carried a lasso which she used to catch individuals
and haul them in like cattle, as well as horseshoe earrings, which, when
removed and thrown, would circle around their human target's neck a few
times, first inducing dizziness and subsequently unconsciousness. Western's
main source of transportation was her "mount" Silver, a strange
hybrid between a hobby horse and a pogo stick.
