Green Dragons
Green Dragons are bad tempered, cruel, mean, and rude. They hate good and pure creatures and seek to destroy such beingsat every oppertunity. Green dragons pick fights with other creatures just to be bullies and to protect the forest that they live in, which they consider their territory. Green dragons spend most of their time enslaving other woodland creatures, and will kill all whom can not be controlled and dominated. One of the most stupid things an adventurer can do is get between a green dragon and it's offspring, the dragon will fight till the death using its breath which is made of a toxic chlorine gas.
Tazanturn
Age: Unknown, 1200+ at least
Lair: Various locations. Central "Home" lair under Cormyr.
Description: Tazanturn is a green dragon of the highest caliber. The first sighting of this dragon documented over 1200 years ago, with several earlier sightings suspected to be her. With magical abilities that rivial those of any wizard, and an intellegence keen far beyond most dragons, Tazaturn is a deadly opponent. Despite the obvious power she has, Tazaturn is surprisingly passive. When still a hatchling she attacked a farmers herds. The farmer called a hunt for the dragon, like a foolhardy heroe she stood up to them and despite her strength, was beaten within an inch of her life. Since that day, the lesson has been taken to heart and she realizes that in sufficient number, the lesser beings can destroy anything, even one as great as herself. Tazanturn has no single lair, her entire treasure horde numbering well above one hundred, and total value more than any known being has accumulated. Her treasure is her greatest power. In return for protection and food, she often trades items and gold she has to village heads. Among dragon's her name is known and feared. Very few, even among the mighty ancient red's would dare challenge her. The reason for this being not so much her power, but her following. She has many children and even a small elite cult that worships and protects her lairs. Tazanturn has been known to even be benevolent, helping adventuring parties and wizard concaves aquire rare and powerful artifacts.
Children: Tazanturn has eight known children. Three of which have been recently killed. Forgeth, her oldest son lives near Waterdeep, and has subscribed to his mothers teachings of alternate routes of power. Cyronmathus, her second oldest son was recently killed by a great blue that attacked his lair. Lorantyph, the first daughter has not been seen in nearly five hundred years, her whereabouts are unknown. Noranth, yet another son, also, was killed lately, but this time by an aggresive expansion of a Dracolich cult. Brynthanos and Kalyoptys, brother and sister travel together, malevolent to the core, they spread carnage and death in their wake. Last attack site was just south of the Great Glacier. Stromathus, the last of the dead children, was Tazanturns pride and joy, a daughter mirroring herself, was slaughtered in her sleep by a mercenary group.
