J-Pop duo, Puffy AmiYumi coming to US The J-Pop duo, Puffy AmiYumi have announced their first American concert tour. The tour, called Puffy AmiYumi North American Tour 2002 / Rolling Debut Revue, will start off with a guest appearance during Anime Expo in LA on July 4th. The appearances will then continue in California, Washington, Illinois and New York. Puffy AmiYumi are a popular J-Pop group, with a "groovy" sound, literally. New York Tokyo Music Festival This Memorial Day Weekend, an event I never thought would happen will occur for the first time. The first annual New York Tokyo Music Festival will be held in New York City. This event / concert will be putting together Japanese music stars, with US DJ's and remixers on one stage. I know you're probably wondering "Which Japanese artists?" Well, here's the list: BoA Kumi Koda Zento Fantastic Plastic Machine Mayu Kitaki Nobukazu Takemura Aki Tsuyuko Yukihiro Fukutomi Spoozys Condor 44 Snoweffect Ram Rider Qypthone Fantasy's Core With more artists to come.
