That's just a fancy way of saying you can save $5 on the US release Excel Saga. In the Summer 2002 Electronics Boutique catalag there's a coupon for a $5 EB mail-in gift voucher when you purchase any A.D. Vision anime title. I just used Excel Saga as an example because EB is promoting it on their in-store TV commercial thing, plus it's a major US release for anime fans. So yeah, go to EB, get the catalog, buy an anime title, make sure the title is included in the rebate thing as well as any other details that might hinder the deal.
