The following news story is a RUMOR, believe what you want :

Ah, it seems every certain amount of time a new Capcom VS. game rumor comes flying out. It's not like a HUGE stunner like in the old days, mainly because of all the BS rumors, jokes, and pranks now. There are lots of skeptics on this latest one, especially since the last 3 or so have not been proven. Anyway, many message boards are talking about an all - Capcom VS. game. That's right, no Marvel characters, and allegedly - no DC or Dragon Ball characters either. (We already know the truth about the Dragon Ball thing anyway...)

It all started from a certain Japanese arcade web-site, then was carried onto the popular US import sites and onto message boards. Supposedly, the game is to feature nothing but Capcom characters in a VS. (as in Marvel vs.) style engine. All sorts of theories are flying that lots of Street Fighters that never made their way into the VS. series will now suddenly appear in this game. Names for this game have been affectionately given by fans, such as : Capcom All-Stars, and Capcom Millennium Battle, etc.

Right now, the attitude is one of a rumor towards this story. Most everyone isn't willing to say flat-out they believe it's true yet, it's kind of a wait and see type deal. If it's true, undoubtedly more information will leak out. It's a rumor for now!
