US Shounen Jump details + Issue 0 scans

Yes, some new details for all of you. I'll recap the old info and do the new info all in one swoop for you guys as it is contained in Issue #0:

As I said above, DBZNY was able to obtain one of the Preview Issue #0's of the manga magazine. It's much shorter than the real thing will be but still a cool idea regardless. The manga series contained in Issue #0 included:

Dragon Ball Z

Sandland

Naruto

Shaman King

Yu Yu Hakusho

Yu-Gi-Oh

One Piece

There are also articles within the magazine on regular, color magazine paper about various anime topics which supplement the B&W manga pages. These articles WILL be in the regular magazine according to Issue #0. Now for some unclearity... For those who don't know, the Japanese Shounen Jump is very very thick and packed with manga. I mean, these monthly manga anthologies in Japan are like as thick as a phone book! The US one will be 250 pages, however the puzzle gets deeper. Shounen Jump is a WEEKLY manga collection, whereas Issue #0 makes it seem the US one will be monthly. It gets even deeper. I've heard that the US Shounen Jump will indeed be weekly, but it'll be chopped up so that 1 month's worth of US Shounen Jump will be equal to one week's worth of Japanese Shounen Jump! There's only one way to find out and that's to wait for the launch date. Regardless, this is a step in the right direction for anime and manga in the US. I think Viz is handling everything very well so far. What I've heard are just rumors from various people so let's not buy into them just yet too. *Check your local comic shop because they might have a few of the Issue #0's free*
