The year is 2015. The world in is danger and all mankind is threatened by angels. The only hope of the world rests in the hands of three 14 year old children. Shinji Ikari, Asuka Langrey Soryuu and Rei Ayanami. In their fight to save humankind these three have faced death and spit in it's eye. Now a new pilot is found at the scene of an angel attack. He has no memory and is a mystery to all. The young boy, Juni, must now pilot an Eva and help in the fight for mankind but will the fight end in triumph or disaster. Will the plots succeed or fail. Will they come to terms with that which eats them up from the inside? Will they succumb to the inner danger or the outer danger, or will they defy all odds and survive it all. Can Juni remember who he is and what role does he play in the events. For those involved it is not the beginning of the end, but the end of the beginning.
