Bio

Sango - full body 　A young woman from a clan of youkai-taijiya that was nearly wiped out by Naraku. Though she was initially tricked by Naraku into thinking that Inuyasha was responsible, she has since joined forces with Inuyasha in the fight against Naraku. Sango often acts in tandem with her cat youkai Kirara.

　Sango has the distinction of being the only cast member to regulary appear in two different outfits, and even two different hairstyles. She has a ninja-like taijiya combat suit that she always combines with a ponytail (to keep her hair out of the way, probably), and a more casual everyday outfit with which she wears her hair down. Kagome has also appeared in a variety of different clothing, especially when relaxing at home, but she nearly always wears her school uniform, and rarely ever does anything with her hair. Sango, on the other hand, regularly switches between her two looks as the situation warrants.
　Sango's name means 'coral'.

Current status

　Sango travels with Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku, Shippou, and Kirara. She wants to beat Naraku as quickly as possible, not just to stop him from making anyone else suffer, but also to save Kohaku from his clutches. Sango has an on-and-off romantic relationship with Miroku, but his eyes (and hands) tend to wander to other women, making her furiously jealous.
