The PREDATOR line of handguns and rifles were originally created by the now defunct firm of Force XXI, an independant company that specialized in custom built weaponry for "hunting enthusiasts." But internal strife ended the firm's existance. Jericho "LaForge" Winston was the primary survivor of the carnage. He held the somewhat nominal title of Director of Development and the driving creative force behind Force XXI's high quality products, but had absolutely no head for business. Left with the plans for a new series of weapons and entered the freelance market. Eventually he met and went into a partnership with Erick "Onyx" Vashtyra, Del "Delphi" Rachins and Anastasia "Styx" Hollis and formed the IRONWORKS Group. It took some time but they eventually gained the resources to manufacture weapons on order.
The PREDATOR series of weapons focuses
on acuracy and high capacity ammunition loads.
