"Blood
and metal. That's all I have left. The Clan has cast me out and now I'm...alone. I have nobody to protect me, no family.
The lights are bright and I can still
smell it. The Bloodlust is
too strong. With the blood
on my steel hands and chin I know I'll be caught. Killed by my own family.
It doesn't matter. Blood
and metal. It's all I have left."

Cruise the edge with
the new Children
of the Night
I know practically nothing of Night's
Edge.
Cyberpunk was already quite established by the time I finally became interested
in it and even then I just couldn't see a reason for the existance of
vampires in the Cyberpunk Age. But then, I also thought the idea of the
teenie bopper edgerunners in Cybergeneration was silly.
That is, until I thought about how the two can be related.
I've read a few products by Ianus Games (may they
rest in peace) and the Cybergeneration sourcebook(may it rest in Hell)
and I think a reasonable link exists in a variant of the Carbon Plague.
Here is my tentative take on how an experiment in breakthrough
bio-nanotech went so very wrong.
