Submissions
If you would like to submit a story or poetry to Oded Fehr Fanfiction and Other Stories site, these are the basic guidelines to follow.
1) The stories must be rated no more than "R". The site owner reserves the right to refuse submission requests. No erotica or overly graphic stories will be accepted.
2) Not all stories have to be about a character that Mr. Fehr has portrayed, but if you choose to write about one of his roles, please keep the basic description of the character the same (Ardeth Bay, Antoine Laconte). You may not use the name "Oded Fehr" in any story, out of respect for the actor.
3) Please include the title and the name you wish to use as the author. If you don't want to use your real name that is fine, but make up an alias to use as an author. This helps cut down on confusion and is easier for us to keep track of who's who. Also, make sure if it's an original story with original characters, that you put a copyright symbol on it. If you choose to write about existing characters from movies, you must put a disclaimer on the title page. (For example, go to the first page of "The Flower Shop").
4) If your story is going to be an ongoing one, I would prefer that each new segment be labeled as chapters or parts. I know in some formats this is difficult but it helps the readers find the latest segment that was submitted to the story.
5) If it is at all possible please submit your story or chapters in some form of a text file and attach it to an e-mail. This can be done by typing it out in any word processor program (ie. MS Works or MS Word) and then save it as a .doc, .txt, etc... format. If you are unsure how to do this you can e-mail me.
6) Please include a rating for your story, ie: G, PG or PG-13. This will help the reader know what the content may contain.
7) I am not an editor nor do I have the time to do a spelling and grammar check on every story that comes in, so I ask you please to check and recheck your work before submitting it. Stories containing bad grammar or numerous misspellings will be returned for correction.
I would like all the readers and authors to enjoy the stories on this site, but let's all remember to show the utmost respect for Mr. Fehr and his career. Also, be sure to have fun!
