Scourges:
Remember mobility is the key to these troops survival, keep them 18-24" away from enemies or they will be dead before you know it.  This unit needs some help, but that is just my opinion, I rarely take them, the die really quickly.

Sneaky Troops.  I tend not to deep strike them unless they have lots of room in a corner.  I usually give them 4 splinter cannons and the syrabite a splinter rifle with Soul seeker ammo.
Great for picking off hard to get models such as scouts.

If you use dark lances with them put them behind some grotesques and form a "pill box"  Small arms fire will bounce of the screen in front and you will have 4 Dark Lance shots on any target in los.

Talos:

Close Combat Fiends.  They are an oddity that the dark eldar army needs.  I love these things especially if you can get them in to close combat.  Watch out for carnifexes and power fists thought.  To be quite honest take as many as 3 if you are using a portal as an entrance.  This is the most fired upon unit in our army, because it can take it and keep coming.  Sadly it is very very slow. But I digress, Talos are awesome and great for centering a corner pinning your opponent back.

Ravager:
I prefer the German name for this unit...The Wyvern, but I didn't write the Codex /sigh.  Anyway, these are a mobile fire base for the DE General.  3 Disintegraors is the anti-troop gunship.  3 Dark Lances is the anti-armor gunship.  I tend to take either all Disintegrators
or all Dark Lances, its best not to mix and match as they perform different roles, but if you do, do not take 2 Dark Lances and a Disintergrator.
The new defense weapon rules do not really effect a Ravager if you play it right.
