the Dialer concept from Ran Lafrance
Limitation: when you drag in the button with the blackspot, it will have action to the channel bar.
solution: add this action to all 16 buttons will be fixed:
On(DragOut)
tell target dialerX (X same as the dialer button's number)
goto nothing and stop.
this just is a test, so I didnt add this action.
