Lurkers do not have a player character who participates in the game - rather, they receive all email posts in the game for their reading enjoyment. It is an excellent way to immerse yourself in the game if you are unfamiliar with PBeMing or with Amber in general. To sign up as a Lurker, you will need to email me with your intent to be a lurker. At the same time, you should sign up with eGroups below. Simply enter the email address you wish to have all game-related posts sent to, and you will receive daily digests of all game posts. Your membership to ARYB at eGroups will not be established until I give it my approval, so it may take a day or three. Once you are a member, you can visit the eGroups site for ARYB, view past messages, etc.

For those who wish to be Players, and get actively involved in the game you will also need to email me. Before you do so, it is important that you read all the available information on this site. This is important, because the setting of ARYB is not always consistant with other Amber games, or even the booKs (though it is close in many respects).

Once I get your email, I will reply in a short time to discuss with you any openings for new players, and how to fit in your character concept to the game, etc.

It is important to note that you should NOT send me a character before I ask you for it, nor should you put down your stats. These things will follow our initial discussion, and I will clue you in as to when you should do these things.
