b) Use of submitted material beyond the bounds of the ARYB PBeM game web site is limited by the express written permission of the respective original owner of such submitted material;

c) All posts and storylines made by any subscriber, user or other individual having access to Howard LaPierre's ARYB PBeM (generated specifically within the bounds and for the ARYB PBeM game) are the sole and exclusive property of Howard LaPierre without exception, whether such post or storyline is displayed, transmitted or broadcast, downloaded or retransmitted. This includes any messages, comments or contributions contained in any Message Board or other location and any messages, comments or contributions contained in any E-mail.
