Kuch
Kuch Hota Hai : - Rahul(Shah ruk Khan) and
Anjali(Kajol) are college friends. Anjali loves Rahul. Rahul
doesn't feel the same way about her. Anjali isn't your ordinary
everyday college girl. She is a tomboy who doesn't have interest
in make-up or impressing boys. Anjali is great at basketball and
always beats rahul. Rahul has thought of Anjali as his Best
Friend. Nothing else. Then Tina(Rani Mukherjee)comes in their
life. Tina is a Hot girl who has the attention of every boy.
Rahul has love at first sight. After some Ched Chad Tina and
Rahul fall in love. In one scene Anjali and Rahul meet and Rahul
declares "I Love You" There is some misunderstanding
but Anjali finally gets it that Rahul loves Tina and not her.
Knowing this Anjali leaves town and goes to her parents'.
Meanwhile Tina and Rahul get married. Tina has some problem and
after delivering a child named Anjali, dies. The burden falls on
Rahul and his mother(Farida Jalal) to raise Anjali. Before dying
Tina had written letters to her daughter for every year. On the
eighth year young Anjali reads all about old Anjali. As a promise
to her mother(written in the letter) young Anjali has to find old
Anjali and reunite the college friends. Her first atempt is to
find where old Anjali lives. They find out that she will be
married to Amman(Salman Khan) in the next few days. Little Anjali
has her prayers answered by having the wedding in December(due to
Hindu ritual problems) In the little time Baby Anjali has she has
to make her father and big Anjali meet again. Now, big Anjali is
a coach in a Summer Camp and little Anjali joins it with her
Grandma(like I said Farida Jalal). After faking some cold little
Anjali makes her dad come to the camp and big Anjali and Rahul
meet again. Rahul falls in love with her. But Anjali has other
things on her mind. Although she loves Rahul Anjali is already
promised to Amman. Amman has always tried to find love in Anjali
but never found it. Will Anjali marry Amman? Or will Rahul be the
one? Watch Kuch Kuch Hota Hai to find out. Shah ruk Khan is cool.
Kads is the greatest. Rani is her usual sexy self. Sana Saeed has
done a great job as little Anjali. Neelam plays a pivotal role in
joining the lovebirds. Anupam Kher is the college's principal and
also Tina's father. Farida Jalal doesn't have a big role. Like
always Johnny Lever is used for comedy.

letter to her(the baby) which has all the stories that I want to
tell my child, on each of her birthdays"
