The fourth directorate can be seen as the nervsystem of the Brotherhood, becuse it is thanks to the Administration that the humanities largest and most powerfull organization can do somethin at all. Conquers and donations are simply not eunogh to support a such a large organization with resourses. The bussinessmen of the Administration sees to it that the holy call of the Cardinal has eunogh founings to be preserved at any time. The Administration has also the assignment to transport all of the Brotherhoods peronell and equipment, and to act as its agent in contacts with other juridicall or fyssicall persons.
