You get 400 points to allocate in the skills below, no more than 100 points may go into one thing. Each of these skills has a starting base level to roll for, it will say what that is. Also, most of these skills have one main stat they are related to, the related stats will be written in parenthesis next to that skill. The dice to use is listed next to the skill category.
You may also get bonus points by having negative points in a category, that negative may not go below –10.
