For
this set I took my inspiration from some of the
beautiful architecture I found in Louisville,
Kentucky. The buildings with their brickwork, iron
frontpieces, and intricate details and accents,
held a sense of permanance that you just don't find
in my home state of California. My first view of
downtown Louisville was on a cold cloudy February
morning and I assure you, I was not disappointed as
many had predicted who thought that the city could
only impress on a bright sunny day in spring. The
lighting was perfect for bringing out the carvings
and shapes that adorned the historic downtown
buildings.
