Lafitte's in an IRC Role Playing game located in #Vamp_Lafitte's on Undernet. On this page you will find the rules for our channel. If you decide you would like to join us *Please* read the rules for we will know if you haven't. We don't have many rule but the ones we do have are important.
Below you can read more about our players and the different clans of the Camarilla and Sabbat. I will note here that in our game, New Orleans is a Camarilla ruled city.
Also below I have typed up the basics of Vampire: The Masquerade (under guidelines). If you are new to V:TM then please read these first. Then if you have any questions feel free to come to the channel and ask or email me and I would be happy to answer them. I will also be glad to help with the creation of character sheets.
There are 3 ways for you to join the game. You may use the character generator that is here on the page (under join) or you may email me you sheet or DCC it to me online. Normally I am using the nick Phaedra.
Along with your character sheet could you please send a brief history and/or a pic of your character so I may add your character to the page. Thank you.
NO DICE - If you and another player are fighting and you would like to use dice, then please do it in private message. Not in the channel.
NO CHARACTER LOWER THAN 9TH GENERATION - Unless you are a mortal and are embraced by a low generation character.
STARTING CHARACTERS ONLY - Do not bring in a character that you have been playing for 50 years.
VAMPIRES AND REGULAR MORTALS ONLY - this also means NO NET BASED CHARACTERS!!
ALSO - As long as there is more than one preson in the channel, there is no reason not to play. Don't wait around for the storytellers unless it is a major storyline you would like to start of join in on.
