Story
Yuffie is sneaky, selfish, obnoxious and could get away with murder... and she has plenty of fans because of it! She might not look like much, but she's an expert thief and master of the deadly art of ninjutsu. Yuffie can be an elusive character to track down, but if you do decide to team up with her, don't trust her an inch - she's only out for one thing, and it's sure as hell (as Barret might say) not saving the planet! Materia is her passion, and she will stop at nothing to secure the party's shiny orbs for herself. Not even a narrow escape from the clutches of the lecherous Don Corneo is enough to make her realise the error of her ways. But at least if there's one good thing you can say about her, it's that she doesn't give up! Not the most trustworthy of allies to have, but a powerful one in the right hands.

Fighting style
Yuffie is basically Tifa with long-range weapons and a bad attitude. Because all of her weapons can be used at a distance, you should keep her in the back row, especially as she doesn't have that much HP. As with Tifa, if you're going to give her lots of Materia then use HP Plus orbs to balance out her levels, although her Hit Points can afford to be slightly lower than the rest of the team's due to her sheltered position. Oh, and you should definitely give her the Steal Materia - she's a natural thief. In fact, she's good with all Command Materia. Of course, that's if you ever use her - which I don't, as a rule. She just gets on my nerves sooo much! But if you can get over her irritating personality, she does have her uses.

Yuffie's Limit Breaks
Level 1: Greased Lightning - Yuffie charges in for a single slash attack with her shuriken. This attack is similar to Cloud's Braver, in that it does around twice the damage of a normal attack with the same weapon.
Level 1: Clear Tranquil - This Limit is almost identical to Aeris's Healing Wind, restoring a portion of the party's HP. Good name though.
Level 2: Landscaper - As its name suggests, Yuffie literally reshapes the landscape! You wouldn't think such a little girl had it in her... This Limit hits each enemy only once, no matter how many are present, so it's best used against groups of monsters.
Level 2: Bloodfest - The opposite of Landscaper, this Limit inflicts a total of ten hits regardless of the number of enemies, so lone creatures and bosses will feel the full effect. It's also good against small groups of enemies, but if there are more than three present, use Landscaper.
Level 3: Gauntlet - A column of blue light erupts from the ground, which not only looks very impressive but also does plenty of damage. Again, though, like Landscaper, each enemy is only hit once, meaning this Limit is wasted somewhat on a single creature.
Level 3: Doom Of The Living - (Little-known fact: This Limit is titled "All Living Creatures Must Perish" in the Japanese version. One to impress your friends with, probably.) Continuing the pattern you may have noticed forming, Doom Of The Living inflicts a set number of hits, making it the better of the two Level 3s to use against bosses and smaller groups.
Level 4: All Creation - Similar both in appearance and in potency to Red XIII's Cosmo Memory, Yuffie summons a huge globe of ethereal light which causes damage a-plenty.
