This is the form to place your request to adopt a Final Fantasy character. You may only adopt one character per person at a time, so make your choice wisely. Note that the name you type in is the one that will be placed on your adoption certificate. Also, the email must be legimate, as that is where we shall be sending the confirmation of adoption and the certificate to place on your site. Thank you, and happy adopting!
