To change a skin on WinAMP, download and upzip the file in your skin directory, then access the Options Menu (the first of 5 little vertical buttons on the left-hand side). Choose the Skins option, then select the skin you wish to use.

To customize your ICQ, you first need ICQPlus, which can be found at http://icqplus.da.ru/. To change skins, download the skin file to your ICQ Plus Skins directory, which is usually C:\Program Files\ICQPlus\Skins. Then click on the "+" toggle button in the top right-hand corner of your ICQ program and select a skin.
