Rules
All sites that apply must meet the following as well as the requirements for the particular award.
1. All sites must be family friendly, i.e. no pornography, South Park, or other materials deemed offensive by me, my awards and I reserve the right to make the final decision in this manner
2. At least 90% of all links must work, including links to your own pages, allowances will be made for changes if they are completed after notification.



Now on to the awards!

Requirements:
1. Site must in my opinion show an artistic quality, not necessarily original art if credit is given to the maker but well arranged to be appealing to the eye. Again, my opinion for it is my awards
2. All credit MUST be given to the original creators of all pics used and if the author isn't known a note declaring so must be prominently displayed.

Requirements:
1. Site must adhere to the highest standards, allowing only one! link to be bad within the site.
2. All credit MUST be given to the original creators of all pics used and if the author isn't known a note declaring so must be prominently displayed.
3. The theme of the page must be consistent and logical, showing a flowing of ideas gracefully displayed.
