Pocket WinRay

What is it?

Pocket WinRay is a Pocket PC port of a 3D engine by Brad Broerman (C) 1994 by NPS Software, Inc.  It is in a HIGHLY unstable state and seems to freeze up my Ipaq after some time running.

Desktop computer install program (Installs from desktop, through Active Sync, to PocketPC machine)
This is for the "normal" install.  Click on the link below, save the file to your desktop/laptop computer, then run it from there.  You should see two dialogs with the readme and copyright information.  After this, you should see the familiar ActiveSync Add/Remove Program screen.  Proceed as normal.
PocketWinRay.exe (47KB) (coming soon)

Cab files (Installs natively from PocketPC machine)
This is for  someone who is downloading/installing straight from the internet to the PocketPC device .  A cab file will install natively on the PocketPC machine, without the intervention of ActiveSync.  For the wireless surfer, this is a must for install on the go!  Just download the .cab file for your processor and then run it on your PocketPC machine.  File Explorer is good for this, or you can save to your windows/start menu directory and run it in your start menu.  Once the .cab file is run, it will install Pocket WinRay and erase the .cab file.
