SS Anne/Truck Trick
What's
the truck
The S.S. Anne Truck is a truck to the right of the S.S. Anne (the giant cruise ship where you get the Cut HM. It's probably just a little tidbit a programmer put in there to say, "Hey, I made this!" Although, it could be a way to get Mew. Many rumors surround the truck, but most official Pokémon websites refuse to recognize it's existants.
How to get to the truck
There are many, many ways to get to the truck, and an incredible list of things that can be changed to get it. Below is the method I used to get the truck.
If you have already got the Cut HM from the Anne's Captain, and walked off the ship, it has probably already sailed away. But if you're lucky enough to have the Anne still docked, you may still preform this trick. First of all, beat Gary, your rival, and get the HM from the sick Captain by talking to him. Now, get beaten by one of the minor trainers in their rooms, and you'll be transported to the nearest Pokécenter. If you performed this correctly, the Anne will still be docked. Now (remember, this is just what I did and my cousin), play on in the game until you have a Pokémon with Surf. Now go back to Vermillion City, and show the guy your ticket. But don't on to the Anne. Instead, walk to the right side of the dock and surf. Go east until you see the truck, which appears to be in some sort of pit.
