What Is Characturge?
Characturge is a tool for creating character sheets.
This software attempts to speed up character creation by keeping track
of the various point systems used and to allow the user to obtain a somewhat
more customized character sheet than may be obtained simply by photocopying
a blank. It also aims to aid in NPC creation, allowing the actual
points that go into an NPC to be monitored easily to gauge the general
power level of the character. Characturge can accept filenames as command-line
arguments, and so can be used as a WWW helper application. The MIME
type application/x-characturge is suggested for this purpose. Note that
when using this to reproduce copyrighted character sheets, the user has
a responsibility to ensure that reproduction is permitted.

The Template Definition
User-programmable templates are the most unusual,
powerful, and complex feature of Characturge. The definition language
is based on that used in Windows .INI profiles, so those familiar with
.INI files and the VtMChar .INI file in particular should find the syntax
fairly easy to deal with. However, understanding and using this language
is only necessary in order to create or modify templates for new character
types. No knowledge of it is needed to use templates that have already
been written.

I have gathered some Templates, but i am interrested
in more. If you have one please send me a copy. Use the templates to make
characters, NPC´S and just for fun. In ordere to use them you need
to download
Characturge.exe.
