Summary:
The two Cosmo-twins contact toa human, warning him that a monster from space is on the way to earth. In the meantime: the UNGC discovers Godzillas son on Birth Island (what a strange name). He has grown and is now named Little Godzilla. But Suddenly Space Godzilla is landing on the island and attacks the litte dinosaur. He trappes Little Godzilla in some kind of force field. Godzilla is hears the screams and appears, too. Godzilla knocks hardly on the head of his opponent, but after a short while, Space Godzilla disappears back into space. Meanwhile the UNGC has created its new wonder weapon, a robot called MOGERA (Mobile Operation Godzilla Expert Robot Aero Type), perhaps the next generation of Mechagodzilla from the last movie. These one is able to fly and dig through the earth. Space Godzilla is senn on his fly over Japan, now itīs time to test the new Mogera. Space Godzilla lands in Fukuoka and bilds a really high criystal mountains at the tower. Through these he even gets more power from space. Godzilla reappears in the bay of Kagoshima. Mogera has now order, first to get rid of Space Godzilla after that kill Godzilla. But Mogera is not successful. Godzilla heads against his opponent and battles against Space Godzilla. Near Godzillas death he discovers that heīs able to defeat Space Godzilla by destroying the crystal mountains. Together with Mogera he defeats his opponent. Godzilla swimms back to Birth Island and meets on his freed son.
My Opinion:
The big failure of the film: there comes no real G-feeling, when I see it. Why? Mmh, I really canīt tell you. Perhaps Space Godzilla is not my favourite looking guy, or I dislike the idea with the crystals.
Nevertheless, the movieīs still very entertaining. Oh yes, the ideaīs not bad with Space Godzilla getting energy out of space and it looks very impressing. But I especially dislike the "humps" on his shoulders. In my opinion tohether with Godzilla vs Mothra
one of the most bad films of the new series. But it isnīt really bad. Thereīs nothing more to tell you, cause I really donīt know if I like this movie. Take a look!
