"Fairy Tales" ?
Claiming to have seen such a fantastic thing
will probably put you in suspicion of being a nut
and dedicating your life to the serious investigation,
scientific analysis and/or cataloging of these creatures
will likely get you booted out of "respectable" society,
~ or at least laughed at openly and wholeheartedly.
But what if some of these fantastic stories
of Sea Monsters and the Abominable Snowman,
Vampires, Werewolves, Faeries, Elves and Dwarves,
Dragons and Gargoyles, the Unicorn and the Pegasus,
~ everything that we loved to believe in as little children,
and have since been sanely taught to soberly believe
is all so much "Fairy Tale" nonsense ~ were real ?
Every year,
many new species
are discovered under the sea
~ where no sunlight can possibly reach ~
where it was once thought that nothing could survive !
But science still is loathe to believe the common man's tortured tale.
"It made a horrible sound ~ one that I would not like to hear twice in my life."
However, some brave souls have shrugged all that blindness aside,
sometimes vainly in search of the truth that's out there, somewhere.
What follows here on this page is but the merest humble fraction
of the many intriguing mysteries they've been able to uncover.
Nessie
The Loch Ness Monster
has probably been the most famous
of all technically undiscovered animals
~ and she is most likely a descendant of
landlocked dinosaurs that survived
the last European Ice Age.

Known to native peoples
from North America to Asia
this hairy, often fearsome,
sometimes gentle creature
is now tenatively identified
as a Gigantopithecus
a distant relative of us
modern Homo Sapiens.

Legendary Creatures
From fire breathing Dragons and the Thunderbird
posing as prehistoric dinosaurs and pteradactyls,
Unicorns and Pegasi in the uncharted wilderness,
to legendary Fairies, Elves, Sprites and Dwarves
as the little green (or sometimes even gray) men
of modern Ufology and abduction phenomena.
